How do I buy a product?
Browse all ads, choose the item you like, and click the "Contact Seller" button. Communicate with the seller to arrange payment and delivery.Is it safe to buy on NamAdsMarket?
Yes! Always check the seller’s profile and ask questions about the item before making payment. Avoid sharing sensitive information.Can I return a product?
Returns depend on the seller’s return policy. Always confirm the return terms with the seller before purchasing. NamAdsMarket does not handle returns or refunds between buyers and sellers.
How do I sell a product?
Create an account, click Post an Ad, fill in your ad details, upload clear photos (4:3 ratio) , and submit. Your ad will then be reviewed before publishing.
Do new users get free ads?
Yes. Every new user receives 2 free ads, and each ad is valid for 30 days. After using the free ads, you can upgrade to premium options.
How can I make my ad perform better?
Use clear photos, write honest descriptions, and include the price, condition, and location. Well-structured ads attract more buyers. For even better results, consider using our Featured Ad or Banner Advertising services to increase visibility and reach more potential customers.
Why is my ad showing as “Pending”?
After posting, your ad will show as Pending. This means our admin team is reviewing it to make sure it follows our terms and conditions. Once approved, it will be published. This process can take up to 48 hours 0r less.
How do I pay for ads or upgrades?
We accept both offline and online payments. Offline payments include FNB Pay to Cell and E-Wallet, Bank Windhoek EasyWallet, and Standard Bank PayPulse. Online payments are available through Skrill. All payment details are shown before you complete your upgrade.
How do I create an account?
Click Register, enter your details, and verify your email. You can then start buying or selling.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Click Forgot Password and follow the steps to reset your password.
How do I keep my account safe?
Use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone. Always communicate through NamAdsMarket.
Can I post copyrighted or trademarked items?
No. Only post items you own or have permission to sell. Ads that violate copyright or trademark rules may be removed.
What happens if my ad is reported?
We review all reports carefully. If an ad breaks our rules, it may be removed without notice.
How long will my ad stay active?
Ads stay active until they expire, when they are sold or rented you remove them manually.
Can I edit my ad after posting?
Yes. Log in to your account, go to My Listings, and click Edit to update your ad.
How do I report a scam or suspicious activity?
Click the Report button on the ad or contact our support team immediately. We take all reports seriously.
Do I need to submit proof of payment?
Yes. After making a payment for a premium or featured ad, the seller must submit proof of payment for verification.
Where do I send my proof of payment?
All proof of payment must be sent to payment@namadsmarket.com. Please include your username and ad details to help us process your payment faster.
How long does payment verification take?
Payment verification usually takes up to 48 hours or less after we receive your proof of payment.
Will NamAdsMarket contact me for my bank details or ID?
No. NamAdsMarket will never contact you to ask for your bank details, bank card numbers, PINs, passwords, or ID documents.
What should I do if someone claims to be NamAdsMarket and asks for my details?
Do not share any information. Please report the incident to our support team immediately. This helps us protect other users from fraud.
How can I protect myself from scams?
Only communicate through official NamAdsMarket channels. Always double-check emails and payment instructions before sending money.
What images should I use for my ad?
Use clear and real photos of the product you are selling. Good photos help buyers trust your ad and attract more interest.
What size and ratio should my images be?
We recommend using images with a 4:3 ratio. Good examples are 800 x 600 px or 1200 x 900 px (width x height). This ensures your photos look good on all devices.
Can I upload more than one image?
Yes. You can upload up to 5 images to show your product from different angles. More photos make your ad more attractive to buyers.
How can I make my images look better?
Take photos in good lighting, on a clean background, and make sure the product is in focus. Avoid blurry or dark pictures.
Do featured or banner ads need special images?
Yes. For Featured or Banner ads, use high-quality images with the recommended ratio to make your ad stand out and reach more buyers.
What size should my store logo be?
Your store logo should be 180 x 140 px and it must be transparent. This size helps your logo display clearly on the website.
What size should my store banner be?
Your store banner should be 1230 x 313 px. This wide size is perfect for showing your brand and promotions.
What size should I use for image ads?
Image ads must use a 4:3 image ratio. Recommended sizes are 800 x 600 px or 1200 x 900 px. This ensures your ads look professional and load correctly.

What are the different listing types on NamAdsMarket, and how do I use them?
